BD Baji recommends using a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. BD Baji will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.

All sports betting at BD Baji is conducted in accordance with industry-standard rules, with certain specific rules that also apply:
A bet is only considered valid once BD Baji's system confirms receipt and a bet reference number is issued. BD Baji reserves the right to void any bet inadvertently accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
If a match is postponed by more than 12 hours or cancelled entirely, all bets on that match will be voided and the stake will be credited back to your account. For accumulator bets, any voided selection will be settled at odds of 1.00.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be classified as a dormant account. A dormant account management fee of RM10 per month may be charged after the dormancy period. You can reactivate your account by logging in or contacting our support team.
